“Strength in numbers” led by our amazing trainers, help create fun and exciting classes that will help you reach your fitness goals in shorter periods of time than you ever thought was possible. Each day we adjust and customize our classes in order to target specific areas of the body. Our training model involves a variety of different training techniques including, but not limited to strength, resistance, aerobic, kettlebell, HIIT and circuit training. Here at Body Camp LA, we aim to ensure that the most recent class you attend is as exciting as the very first class you attended.
